The Consumer Ethanol Processor is a
constant feed, valve refluxed, single pass
refinery, capable of producing high proof
ethanol, is self contained on a service cart,
and produces 24 gallons of ethanol per day.
Ethanol can be produced from many different feed
stocks, many which can be had at very little
cost. Anything with starch or sugar can be
fermented (from 10% - 12% alcohol).
Feed stocks with starch must be heated to
convert the starch to sugar. Feed stocks
with sugar may be fermented directly.
Ethanol may be produced for $1.20 per gallon
using molasses as a feedstock.
