Thermoplastic Filter-Bag Housings and Filter Bags |

All filter-bag housings mount inline and are bottom loading. Housings include a pressure gauge, wrench, and polypropylene filter-bag support basket. Filter bags sold separately.
Connections: NPT female.
Nylon housings are made of opaque black glass-reinforced nylon and are ideal for hot water applications. They have a Buna-N O-ring seal, a support basket with 3/16" square perforations, and 1/4" NPT male brass drain valve. Max. pressure is 200 psi @ 100° F. Max. temperature is 180° F.
Polypropylene housings are constructed of opaque white, high purity, virgin polypropylene. Housing includes a nonlubricated silicone O-ring, drain plug, valve, and a support basket with 7/16" square perforations. Maximum pressure is 125 psi @ 70° F. Maximum temperature is 125° F.
Styrene housings are clear so you can see your filter bag. Housings are furnished with a Buna-N O-ring seal, polypropylene plugs, a wrench, and a support basket with 3/16" square perforations. Maximum pressure is 125 psi @ 125° F. Maximum temperature is 125° F.
Filter bags have a PVC O-ring seal. Polypropylene max. temperature is 140° F, polyester max. temperature is 200° F.

High-Flow Polypropylene Filter-Bag Housings and Filter Bags |

Polypropylene construction keeps these filter housings free from rust and corrosion. The threaded cover can be removed without tools, giving you easy access to your filter bag. All styles have upper side inlets. Filter bags sold separately.
Connections: 2" NPT female.
Light duty housing is opaque blue polypropylene with a bottom outlet, Buna-N O-ring seal, and polypropylene basket with 9/64" diameter perforations. Heavy duty housings are opaque gray glass-reinforced polypropylene. All have lower side outlet, 10" diameter base with four 7/8" diameter mounting holes, fluoroelastomer O-ring seals, and a polypropylene basket with 1/4" Ht. x 2 1/8" Wd. slots.
Filter bags are polypropylene felt with a polypropylene ring. Handle is welded in on 51655K8 and sewn in on the others. Maximum temperature is 200° F. Please specify micron size: 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100.

A blanket of filter media between layers of yarn becomes increasingly dense as it approaches the core of the cartridge, evenly distributing liquid and preventing clogs. This gives you better efficiency, higher dirt-holding capacity, and longer life than string-wound cartridges. Applications include water, electronics, electroplating, and food and beverage processes. Meets FDA 21 CFR.
Cartridges are double open-end (DOE). Overall size is 1 1/16" ID x 2 19/32" OD x 9 7/8" Ht.

Small size coupled with the high pressure ratings make these filters perfect for fine filtration of compact oil lines. All have an aluminum housing, fluoroelastomer seal, and a porous bronze filter cartridge. The 1 1/2" hex end easily opens for cleaning and replacing cartridges. Max. temperature is 400° F. Connections: NPT female or SAE straight threads.
Inline filters have a max. pressure of 3000 psi.
Elbow-style filters have a max. pressure of 5000 psi. Overall length is 3 3/16".

Portable Electric Oil Filter |

Move this oil filter to wherever you need filtered oil. Use it for conditioning as well as transferring petroleum-based oils, water emulsions, and diesel fuels with a viscosity of up to 16,000 SSU (a consistency close to molasses).
Filter has an aluminum housing; nitrile seal; 10-micron filter; a 5-ft. long, wire-reinforced PVC hose with 3-ft. PVC wand attachment; and a 1/4-hp continuous duty motor. Motor operates on 115 VAC and has a 1-ft. power cord with three-prong plug. Max. flow is 4 gpm. Max. pressure is 50 psi; max. temperature is 120° F.

Super-Capacity Oil Filters |

An extra-long cartridge gives you more surface area for greater dirt-holding capacity and higher flow rates. These filters include a stand with three legs and 9/16" holes for easy floor mounting. Use with hydraulic and quench oils, compressor lube oils, and coolants.
Three swing bolts on the top of the filter housing secure the cover in place and provide easy access for cartridge changes. Housing is steel and seal is Buna-N. Max. pressure is 175 psi; max. temperature is 250° F. Overall diameter is 7 5/8". Designed to be used with one filter cartridge (sold separately below).
Filter cartridges have phenolic-impregnated cellulose filter media with steel construction.
